What we collect

When you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, industry and the outcome you want AI to deliver.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your request, contact you about it and determine whether AppliedWorks AI can help. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing email.

How the form is delivered

The website sends your request through Microsoft Azure Communication Services to the AppliedWorks AI support inbox. Microsoft processes that transmission as our cloud service provider. The website application does not store form submissions in its own database.

Optional AI enhancement

If you select “Enhance with AI,” only your draft outcome and selected industry are sent to an existing model in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry to produce a clearer rewrite. Your name, email, company, role and phone number are not included in that AI request. You can review, edit or undo the rewrite before submitting the form.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for third-party advertising. Information may be handled by service providers that operate the website and email delivery, or disclosed where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated before that change goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by using the assessment request form and identifying your message as a privacy request. We may retain information where needed for security, recordkeeping or legal obligations.
